Carefully pack the items in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
